A valid drivers licence and working visa for Japan are essential. Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese language is beneficial but not essential.

Reservations Manager: Full-time 

Due to expansion and a growing customer base, MnK Niseko is looking for a dynamic, sales-maximizing Reservations Manager, with proven negotiation skills in preferably a tourism, hospitality, or similar environment.

Start Date: July 2017~
Status: 1 year full time contract.   
Probationary period: 3 months - negotiable
Base Salary: JPY 2.7~3.1 million annual gross salary 
Working Hours: Average 40 hours per week. Flexible working hours.
Other: Shared Accommodation is available April~Oct


·      Fluent English (Japanese and/or Mandarin skills also useful)
·      Experience in hospitality or customer service. 
·      Work experience in an international environment.
·      Competent user of current everyday office IT systems.
·      Awareness of travel websites such as eg. Tripadvisor
·      Valid driver’s license
·      Valid working visa for Japan (support for visa application can be discussed on application)
·      Knowledge about Niseko or willingness to learn
·      Energy and enthusiasm

Reservations: Full-time  (2 positions available)

Position:  Reservations Team Member (Bilingual)
Employer: MnK Niseko

Due to expansion and a growing customer base, we are looking for exciting new members to join our reservations team!

The Reservations Team are responsible for ensuring our guests have a wonderful and memorable experience, from the minute they book their Niseko holiday, through to their journey home. The successful candidate will be joining a team of four, taking initial booking enquiries through to allocating properties, and booking guest services.

MnK is one of the leading independent employers within the Resort Management/Guest Services sector in Hirafu. We maintain a strong team and are looking for vibrant individuals, who thrive on working under pressure, have an ability to prioritise workload, and self manage.

Main Duties:
·      Answering telephone and email enquiries.
·      Arranging accommodation and overseeing housekeeping operations.
·      Co-ordinating guest service bookings prior to arrival, and whilst guests are in resort.
·      Processing financials.
·      Troubleshooting for guests and accommodating their individual requests.

·      Fluent Japanese and English.
·      Attention to detail is essential.
·      Experience in hospitality or customer service.
·      Work experience in an international environment.
·      Basic computer skills
·      Valid open drivers license
·      Valid working visa (work sponsored visa can be discussed on application)
·      Knowledge about Niseko or willing to know about it
·      Energy and enthusiasm

·      5 work days/week, 10 days of paid leave & same number of public holiday.
